MEADOWS MARKET CATERING TERMS
Whenever possible, we happily accommodate dietary requirements, preferences and custom requests. Many items are available frozen. Please enquire. Heating instructions and oven-safe packaging provided.
All orders subject to approval.
$55 rush fee applied to orders placed within 48 hours of the requested delivery date.
Please let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order. A catering order may be canceled up to 10 calendar days prior to the Service Date without penalty. If a catering order is canceled between 5 – 10 calendar days of the Service Date, the Client will be responsible for payment of 25% of the total catering fee. If a catering order is canceled within five days of the Service Date, Client will be responsible for payment of 100% of the total catering fee. This charge is to cover foods that cannot be used, labor, and jobs we may have declined in order to accommodate your order or event.
